Coyote Ibiza is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For anything to do with your privacy, including the rights further down this page, write to us and we will answer.
What we collect
When you book a place at one of our events
The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, how many of you are coming and any note you want to add, such as an allergy or a special occasion. We store that along with the language you booked in and the IP address the booking came from.
The form also carries a hidden field that no visitor ever sees. Automated bots fill it in; when that happens the booking is discarded and nothing is saved.
When you book a table
Table bookings run through CoverManager, our reservation platform. You give it your name, your contact details, the size of your party and the date and time you want. CoverManager processes that booking under its own terms.
Technical data
Like every website, ours receives your IP address, your browser and device type and the pages you open. Our host uses this to serve the site and keep it safe from attacks.
Anonymous click counts
We count taps on a few buttons, such as WhatsApp, phone and directions. Only the country and whether it came from a phone or a computer are stored. No IP address, no cookie, nothing that points back to you.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To take and confirm your booking
We need your details to hold your place, send you the confirmation and reach you if something changes. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To keep the site running and safe
Hosting logs, spam filtering on the booking form and the anonymous click counts. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a site that works and is not abused — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For advertising and measurement
The Google advertising tag and the embedded Google map. Legal basis: your consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so does not affect anything that happened before.
Who else handles it
A small number of companies help us run the site and the bookings. Each one only handles what it needs to.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery. Serves every page and sees the traffic, including your IP address.
- CoverManager — the reservation platform. Bookings made there are processed by CoverManager under its own privacy terms.
- Resend — email delivery. Sends the confirmation for event bookings.
- Google Ads — advertising and measurement tags for our campaigns. They set cookies and need your consent.
- Google Maps — the map embedded at the foot of every page. Loading it sends your IP address to Google and sets Google cookies.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used across the site are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Some of these companies are based outside the European Economic Area, or use servers there. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry data is kept for 24 months and then deleted. Bookings made through CoverManager are held by CoverManager under its own retention terms.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- erase it
- restrict how we use it
- hand it over in a portable file, or send it to someone else
- stop using it, where you object to a use based on our legitimate interest
- withdraw your consent to the advertising and measurement tags

Coyote Ibiza sets no cookies of its own. Everything below comes from the services embedded in the site.
